Know thyself is hard; feedback usually comes from coaches/friends—now an AI agent can do it from personal entries. Move from Knowledge Queries to a Socratic Mirror: reflect and expand thought for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and deeper cognitive engagement. Unlike answer-bots, the Mirror aims at one's limitations, unconscious, character, motivations, and insights. The agent incrementally builds a persistent compounding wiki; each new source or query integrates into the existing structure so a picture of the self compounds over time—usable for psychological integration, coaching, and education. Structure: raw/ (input) to wiki/ (AI-organized) to outputs/ (answers) + AGENTS.md.
